Lisa Babb, MSWSupervisee in Social Work
Lisa is a Supervisee in Social Work in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Memphis and her Master’s of Social Work from George Mason University. She has clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults and providing individual, group, and family therapy.
She provides treatment to children and families, adolescents and adults managing issues of depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment, and loss. Lisa believes in bringing respect, compassion, and acceptance to the therapeutic relationship and creating an environment where clients feel safe and supported. She uses a creative and collaborative approach to help clients improve self-awareness, cultivate emotional well-being, and tap into personal strengths.
Lisa is a Supervisee in Social Work at Alexandria Place Therapy under the supervision of Heather Colby, LCSW-RPT.
